Can I change my ad after it goes live?
Yes — you can update your headline, description, logo, cover image, and contact details any time from the Manage Ads dashboard.
Is there a payment gateway?
We'll be in touch after you place your order to arrange payment. Your ad goes live straight away and we invoice you separately.
How does the Business Profile popup work?
When a reader taps or clicks your sidebar or banner ad, a rich popup appears showing your cover photo, services, and contact details — giving readers everything they need to find you.
Can I run ads in multiple towns?
Yes — select multiple towns during checkout. Each additional town multiplies the monthly price. For example, Simple Banner across 3 towns = £24/month (£8 × 3). You choose your towns and see the total before confirming.
How does the 70% writers' prize pot work?
70% of your annual ad spend goes into the prize pot for the towns you advertise in, split equally across your chosen towns.
